CNC加工為電腦數值控制，利用數位信號操作系統來控制生產系統內的製程設備，將不同系列的切削加工動作存入控制器內，來進行生產。鐵削的優點在其圓形鐵刀，金屬切削率高，是較為經濟的方式，能在短時間內進行切削。

利用冷沖壓加工方式，並藉由專用的沖壓模具設備，將材料進行裁切，折彎與成型，沖壓加工可分成裁切、彎曲、成型並組合成多種不同的加工運用，通常在冷金屬板上進行，我司具備60頓到800頓的沖壓生產線，機械自動化生產可符合客戶產品的各個尺寸。

模具加工為五金沖壓生產中的重要環節，先需與客戶討論，收到圖紙後進行設計，備料後，將原料進行熱處理，再利用多種研磨機，以及慢走絲線切割機進行加工，模具零件完成後進行組裝，組裝後進行試模，樣品交由客戶確認，經客戶認可後方可交貨。

金屬板金件運用雷射加工，可達到快速打樣，少量多樣化的目的。樣品及量產，滿足客戶各種不同的需求。

利用數字控制沖床的簡稱，又名伺服沖床，是具備程序控制系統的自動化沖床，被沖壓行業譽為第三代沖床。其系統能邏輯的處理控制編碼以及其他指令程序，使機床自動加工出所需要的工件或產品。

早期烤漆是以溶劑調和噴漆後，經噴槍等設備塗在物件上，烘烤後漆料硬化附著，因容易造成環境汙染且危險性高，目前多改成粉體烤漆。其方式是將塗料改成粉末狀經由靜電噴槍，將粉狀塗料帶靜電並噴於物件上，並經由200℃烘烤，使塗料附著於物件上。
